PRN clinicians are generally not using the Tracking Tab and were not consistently trained on it

Determine whether Tracking Tab can improve clinical visibility
Requirement / Gap
Determine if the Tracking Tab adds value, especially for MD orders/Rx and required clinical tasks
Raintree Recommended Path
- Conduct workflow demonstration and use-case review
- Tracking gives visibility into POC records, authorizations, prescriptions, Medicare Cap, Appointment Comments, attachments, as well as Progress Note due dates. It is recommended to use this tab as needed for visibility purposes.
