Raintree Recommended Path
Have the Lead to Patient Conversion Report> Not Converted Option run via report scheduler and delivered to Clinic Directors on a weekly basis.
Dependencies / Considerations
Met with Jeff on 9/17 and based on the requirements he presented, the Report scheduler option in Classic Raintree would be most suited for CDs getting the metrics around “not converted” leads.
Outstanding Questions / Decisions
- Matt Nieves calling out that they will need a larger internal discussion about the merge location feature.
- Report scheduler option for Connect report in classic to be setup for Jeff and Casey as pilot before they decide if they want to have this scheduled to send out to all their Clinic Directors. .
