Make providers and CDs aware of low NPS Scores
Requirement / Gap
Task option is available but not preferred. NPW report is available but has both low and high scores. Need an NPS Low Score only report by location and Provider.
Raintree Recommended Path
PRN team can use the NPS report with high and low scores to begin with (screenshot below) and sort in ascending order to see just low scores and can also have this scheduled to go out to CDs on a weekly or daily basis.
Dependencies / Considerations
There are task options but that was not the preferred option so Raintree recommendation is to skip the task option and have a report go out on a weekly basis to let them know of low scores let the RDO or CD speak to the teams
