Form Script - SCHIN Flexibility in Column Configuration

Currently there are a number of options for what details to show in the output for SCHIN invoices, however some of these display the Raintree internal quick code rather than the spelled out description or name.

To meet desired output requests from payor sources

The gap/challenge is specifically with requests to include details for providers to have a column display the provider first and last name instead of the provider Raintree quick code.

This would be a custom option to add additional columns to be able to configure within the form scripts specific to each payor what they would like to see included in the output. (Or added as a suggestion for future standard enhancement)

It would need to be considered that this request may vary for different payors that are billed via SCHIN format.

This would be able to add additional columns based on the payor request. The PRN team noted they have a current SOW for this request. Case 108006 is where this SOW request is currently being tracked - but this was for a custom report to send with the HCFA didn't have to do with any changes to the SCHIN invoice so this would be an additional element to the customization request to consider and add into the SOW request to ensure that the applicable payor sources that this would be requested for are noted.
