• Handles all document routing, including POC tasking & patient referrals (exception: AZ, NV, S&S & WA)
Desired Future State
The target way of working PRN and Raintree are aiming for.
• Vendor/AI works all faxes with minimal if any intervention from the PSR
Requirement / Gap
- This is on the roadmap for RT.
- Currently being covered by Confido via an integration with Raintree.
