• PSRs convert referrals to Intake in preparation of outbound scheduling (exception: AZ, NV, S&S, TX & WA have assistance from the HUB and/or vendor)
Desired Future State
The target way of working PRN and Raintree are aiming for.
• All new referrals will be received, processed & prioritized AI Agents
Requirement / Gap
Confido will process all referrals from document routing. All referrals will make it to Journeys for complete lead tracking.
Raintree Recommended Path
Some fine tuning of our Journey Dashboard, should be managed internally with partnership of our DI Team. Discussed having further conversations w/ Michelle & Indhu
