• BI report lives in Connect dashboard, lead to patient conversion, report, PRN not aware that they had access to this; PRN team did not realize they needed to ask Matt for this access . the standard report shows the date they were converted to a patient, but the true conversion is them actually coming in sched as a patient, so Indhu is working on a report of when the evaluation was actually scheduled (this change will also eventually come w/ standard report) indhu is hoping to have this report for PRN done by 8/17 - 8/18 -- this report will show if a pt who was scheduled ACTUALLY attending their evaluation
• action item - Indhu to add columns to the report

• We reviewed this, Indhu shared her screen, walked through report features, est delivery will be early next week, 8/18 - 53 minute mark some questions from Jacob that Indhu will look into -- Kim is asking if we could add the no show/cancellation to this report? Indhu is saying maybe at TC she can try to work on adding Location Category, No Show, as separate columns
• Lead to Patient Conversion report with logic based on Evaluation scheduled and additional filters such as Location category filter and Financial Class, and additional columns such as Kept appointments, Cancel and No Shows metrics was provided on 8/31. PRN team can request access from Matt N as needed
